Taking it to the NEXT LEVEL!!! Hero LEVEL 3 , Level 4, and Level 5
HERO LEVEL 3 POWERS:
"MONEY GRAB"
Player earns an additional 50 Gold each time their HERO eliminates it's captured figure. (CAP at 100 Gold per "ROUND")

"For my MASTER"
At the end of the very Last move of the Last Turn (2nd player or last player) of a Round. If the Hero is standing on the Objective and that Objective token is uncontested to the "MASTER" of the hero, then the Hero earns 50 Gold for his or her "MASTER". The HERO and MASTER must match. The MASTER is the player that had the hero in his roster/army build.

"MORPH"
During Amy Building , Player may Choose to deploy their hero in the current level or Below.

Requirements to Level up to Level 3:
1) Hero must be Level 2 (Upon this writing all heroes are now Level 2)
2) Player must pay an EMPIRE TAX equivalent to 50% of their Total GOLD logged as of 4/5/14
FAQ: Fee for each player is already fixed and determined after the tournament last 4/5/14 deadline.
"Strictly No extensions". Please refer to 4/11/14 Emperor's Cup update for cost ALREADY associated per player.
3) Players have from 4/5/14 to 5/3/14 to come up with their Final HERO choice. NO DUPLICATES
FAQ:
Why No Duplicates?
- To create Individuality among players. The Hero is your own personal General that is exclusively dedicated only to you.
For Duplicates, how is the HERO assigned?
- Duplicates are determined on 5/3/14 (May 3). On 5/31/14 (May 31) There will be a closed Bidding among the players with duplicates. These players have to wager for the right to use that HERO exclusively. Bids will accept "WINS" , "GOLD", and "VOTES" as mode of payment. The winner of the Bid is the one who wins 2 or all 3 of the categories for mode of payment. This will be time pressured.

To help players decide on what Hero to Choose, Take note on these moving forward:
Level 4 Powers:
- Hero will be able to ride mounts (ANY 2.0 MOUNT)
- Heroes "while mounted" gain the Impale, Trample and the Horsemanship proficiency.
- Hero "while mounted" will have their Base damage MAX cap at 3.
- Range Damage will of course depend on the current Base damage MAX cap at 3.
- Dismounted Heroes revert back to their printed Damage Value
- Players are given 150 points to configure the Hero and it's mount . This 150 points is not part of the Army Build Total.
- Hero will still have Level 3 powers: "MONEY GRAB", "For my MASTER", and "MORPH"
FAQ:
Why the Base damage MAX cap at 3?
- We want the Hero to be comparable to existing known Riders. Heck even the Apocalypse Riders only had 3 Base Damage Max.
Warrior Huhn Level 4 has 12range and 4 base damage. How does that translate when mounted?
- Warrior Huhn Level 4 still has 12 range. 3 base damage that can be enhanced with impale (+2). His range damage will be "3".
Barber Hurgg Level 4 has 8 range and 2 base damage. How does that translate when mounted?
- Barber Hurgg Level 4 still has 8 range. 2 base damage that can be enhanced with impale (+2). His range damage will be "2".

- Hero may wield an item/relic . Normal Item/relic in game Equip rules apply.
- Hero has all Level 4 Powers to ride a mount
- Hero will still have Level 3 powers: "MONEY GRAB", "For my MASTER", and "MORPH"
- Players are given 150 points to configure the Hero and it's accessories be it with a mount or items/relics or a combination of both. This 150 points is not part of the Army Build Total.
