Is it a shooter?
Is it a spellcaster?

He's actually both.
- Bounding for an effective range of 22in while soaring means that he is less prone to earthbound harassers.
- Except for the Forgemasters, His magic immunity prevents him from getting shot at my Wand type or "Magic" word based attacks.
- Wing type speed allows him to easily break away from close counter engagements. A speed of 10 makes his escape harder to follow-up with a surge from most figs that manage to harass him.
- Trivia: He can shoot you with his eyes closed....

Dragon Mystics Ancient Mastery is my favorite part about his figure.
- Bad enough that you had to deal with the shooter aspect, but the ability to cast spells at the discounted page cost of OTHER factions is FREAKING AMAZING. It's a perfect representation of how ANCIENT the draconum are. They've had enough of several lifetimes to dedicate themselves to the discipline of the other factions. It's like getting a masters degree in medicine, law, architecture, Engineering, management, etc... Even if you were an immortal, would you really like to spend 80% of your time in just studying?
- Auraheal for just 8 pages means you get to squeeze in circles of wraith or Arcane sight.
- Lure your opponent's to within 6in and then BOOM !!! "Ward Of light" to lock them in place for just 10 pages.
- cast mechanoid and Technomantic control for just 12 pages total.
- Word of Refusal for just a mere 6 pages (as cheap as deny)

Fast, efficient, and VERSATILE. There's a reason he's hard to get. Once you own one!!! you'll know why. Most unique spellcaster figures can only look in awe and despair at what this baby can do.

Good luck to the players this Sat. My total cost in getting him overseas was a little over P800.
