Just a brief battle report for last Saturday. I'll edit this with the full story (for the games I can remember) soon  My memory card is acting stupid haha!

Atlantean Empire vs Solonavi - Solonavi won

Draconum vs Shyft/Magespawn

Vithzerai, Demiphant and Eldritch vs the twin Grapplers! All dracs wielding a spellbook and with it are deadly spells of destruction. Grapplers; both wielding items for defense and offense. Fysokro kept casting fumble causing the dracs to drop all their spellbooks. The MS kept attacking the dragons till they were forced to soar  up and left their spellbooks. Dodge was a major thing for the grapplers. The Dragons were just outnumbered by the continuous summoning of Fysokro. The objective tokens were secured by the MS till the end of the game.  

Solonavi vs Draconum

The 5 minute game!  

Vextha with Valkalis wielding blade of dominance and Inferno faced off with Majoris wielding Book of lightning with Drakor and Eldritch for support. The game was decided even before it started, Majoris kept hitting the mighty Solonavis with lightning till they died.

Solonavi vs Shyft/MS

Second turn for the mighty solonavi brothers! A swarm of grimlins and blackwings with Fysokro for the Shyft/MS. Fumble was casted by Fysokro and as soon as Valkalis dropped the blade of dominance, he was gang raped by the blackwings. Vextha was forced to leave his Inferno and went straight to Fysokro but the latter was protected by the blackwing invisible force field! The solonavis conceded the game.

Atlantean Empire vs Draconum

Golem army vs Chroma and her crew. AE won this match.

Solonavi vs Draconum (x2) - Solonavi won both games.

Dark Crusader vs Black Powder Revolutionaries - DC won

FINAL ROUND MECHANICS!

- Top 2 Factions/Players will battle it out with 3 scenarios:

  1 Tree of Life
     - standard 500 pts army build
     - 3 Objective Tokens
     - At the beginning of each command phase, Any friendly figure in base contact with the middle objective token is healed of 1 damage.
     _ The winner for this event may use "Elemental Totemstaff" on the 3rd round. Faction requirement for the Relic is waived but must follow all other requirements to wield the Relic.
 
  2 Windstorm
     - 300 pts army
     - 3 Objective Tokens
     - no cards such as relics, spellbooks, items, adventuring company and domains.
     - At the beginning of each command phase, Any friendly figure with zero or one action token,in base contact with the middle objective token can be given a special action. All figures at soaring level are now at ground level. Remove the flight stands of the affected figures from the battlefield, and place the figures on the battlefield where their flight stands were. If the Center dot of an affected figure would have been within a terrain feature, then that figure must occupy that terrain feature at ground level. If it cannot, remove it from the battlefield. This ability can be used once only per turn.
     - The winner for this event may use "Disruptor" on the 3rd round. Faction requirement for the Relic is waived but must follow all other requirements to wield the Relic.

  3 Nature's Fury
     - 2,000 Pts army
     - Standard conquest rules except for the ff.:
         * battlefield is at 48" x 48" only
         * No limit on Relics/Items
         * Time: 2 hours
         * At the beginning of each command phase, The player who's turn it is must roll 2 D6, on a result of 2-3, all figures at ground level and is not in base contact with an objective token is dealt one pushing damage.

* If there are 3 or more qualified Faction/Player, one round robin event we will held to determine the top two Faction/Player for the final round.

We have Dark Crusaders, Solonavis and Atlantean Empire for the semis as of this day.. Don't count the dracs out of the game for they will do a marathon tomorrow to get those 4 remaining wins!

Interesting update just came in - Carlo and Jon "might" come and play tomorrow!!! wohoo!!!

Title matches for the Overlord and Patriarch already in place! no confirmation yet from our Deathspeaker if the title match would push through but hope it will!

Watch out for the conclusion of the Solonavi vs Apocalypse! Who will prevail???

DC Kage bunshin army vs EF MOM army!

2nd game for the DC kage bunshin army! 5 centaurs occupied the concealing terrain near the DC camp to prevent the EFs to teleport there. 10 centaurs attacked eliminating one mage and capturing Centaur Champion, Troll Artillerist and Skyros! The EFs never lose hope, utilized their thorn maidens to melt the centaur captor holding Centaur Champion! The latter was freed eventually, break away attempt was good and went beside the MOM wielder, teleported near the far end token! Time ran out and the EF secured 2 objective tokens for the win!

Solonavi vs DC 3k conquest!!!

Solonavi fielded and all star cast starting with Vextha, Valkalis, Elsygmasis, Heddravalis, Kymeseya and 4 Solonavi Eidolon!!! DC brought Kossak, Darq, Aeradon, Tazia and a swarm of centaurs and barrow knights on pegasus!

DC camp on the offense, pushing all the centaurs on the Solonavi camp followed closely by the barrow knights, Kossak, Darq and Tazia. Valkalis wiped out all the centaurs with threadcutter! the 30 zombie centaurs dealt 5-6 pushing damage to the titans as they died. Vextha attacked Kossak with 5 damage and 2 titans surrounded Darq and Kossak! Another Titan went to attack zombie baron at the back. Mechanoid and black sledge combo was not effective for the DC since Elsygmasis kept countering the spell. Deathspeaker Aeradon pulled out the DC's last string for survival and erradicated all the solonavi titans for the win!
